I have been following my heart for a long time now and have learned to stay calm during extreme noise and loud violent energies while everything in my body is triggered... When we follow our heart's path we learn to protect ourselves and our love and to stay calm while being 'attacked' by bad and loud energies. It is up to you to learn to handle these emotions when surrounded by these people and places that trigger them. To learn to ignore the people and shut yourself off for their energies. Because sometimes we can't go away and are surrounded by it. You could shut yourself off by putting music on that feeds you with calm and good energy instead. How you were as this innocent child? The devil or satan we find in the mind. You can see it in the eyes, they are dark. And who are leading from the head and mind? Without being in contact with their emotion and heart. In our heart we find love and the truth. But many people are not connected to this anymore because of the world and the people ruling this world. This is why this world is getting darker and darker. And what do people do to help make this world better? They don't want negativity but fun so they ignore it and look away. Just like the people in World War 2. Looking away. Ignoring it. I have a new bad experience in this world where bad people rule... I wanted to spend Christmas in America with people instead of being alone after my cat died. I arranged everything, got an approved Esta booked a ticket and traveled to America. But when I was there, after all I went through and a long and exhausting trip, they sent me brutally back. I am now at my house in Spain again and I am sick and I lost a lot of money and I am this Christmas alone. In this world bad people can do bad things, we have a lot of examples of this. But good people are treated badly, why is this? This world can further abuse, control and overrule and try to break me.
