If you are an emotional person your body will react easily to people and things around you, because they trigger something in your body and it is telling you something... We learn that these emotions are not good or that we are being to emotional, but without these emotions you would not be able to feel and sense which people and places are (not) good for you. They taught you that something is wrong with you, but this is not true. You find your intelligence in your emotion. And these emotions you can trust, while the world around you not. It is up to you to learn to handle these emotions when surrounded by these people and places that trigger them. To learn to ignore the people and shut yourself off for their energies. Because sometimes we can't go away and are surrounded by it. You could shut yourself off by putting music on that feeds you with calm and good energy instead. Feeding yourself with good energy by watching a nice movie helps also. Make yourself feel good. As these people and the world do not. You are strong, even when they make you feel bad. I have a new bad experience in this world where bad people rule... I wanted to spend Christmas in America with people instead of being alone after my cat died. I arranged everything, got an approved Esta booked a ticket and traveled to America. But when I was there, after all I went through and a long and exhausting trip, they sent me brutally back. I am now at my house in Spain again and I am sick and I lost a lot of money and I am this Christmas alone. In this world bad people can do bad things, we have a lot of examples of this. But because it is helping me grow and sent me into a certain direction. I lost now even my dearest and best friend of 9 years, my black cat Belle. And my own mother told me (she is not a nice and loving mother to me even now) that people who do good meet good. After I lose my cat and am hurting. She is jealous of me and wants to be the boss. I am seeing some light after some hardship I am going through... I lost my best friend and soulmate of 9 years, my strong and sweet Belle. She was not only my cat, but the one who showed me true and unconditional love for the first time in my life. And I had to let her go and deal with the pain of her not being here anymore. But I believe she left me for a reason. And I carry her in my heart. And will take her and our love with me. I am not only saying goodbye to her, but also to my cosy and lovely house and the life we shared together. And I will travel to someone who also has a special place in my heart. For almost 10 years I had to live my life without her. But now I will go visit her this December and hope to spent Christmas with her and her family. After being alone for so long with Belle I am looking forward to this. This Christmas I am dreaming of for a long time. One that is not only about eating or presents, but feeling loved and sharing love with people who feel the same. A Christmas that is truly about love and light. Stay strong and keep the faith.
