How do you find inner harmony in a world that is the complete opposide? By choosing this! This is the most important step. Choosing for what you want. And then staying true to it. It will not be easy. And it is not fun. But when you choose peace instead of following the rest of the world then you can find your way further. You will have to do things to protect yourself and your peace. By buying a noisecanceling headphone or noisecanceling earplugs. Putting on some beautiful and peaceful music. Things that will help you feel peaceful and to stay in it instead of feeling stressed out. And not by keeping yourself busy, because this is not peaceful. Then you are just like the people who have no peace and inner harmony. And are disturbing the peace in this world and the life of others with their egoistic and loud behavior. Stay relaxt while the world around you will push you and your buttons in all kind of ways. It will take you time because it is not easy to stay peaceful when the world around you is agressive and disrespectful of you. Your body will react negative to their energies. But know you are not the crazy or negative one for feeling this way. There is nothing wrong with you, but with the world you live in and a lot of people. But you will have to find your way. Longing for Love Me and my heart are longing for love. But everywhere I go I find something else. Something else then what me and my heart (want to) feel. The energies and people around me are hurting me. And I can't stop them. They can do this in the world that I have to live in. Though I tell them to stop and I say no. Nobody listens to me. I learned to slow down and to live a different life as I was used to... And even now sometimes I feel rushed or get negative emotions of feeling stressed, because I was used to this for so long. I am now able to keep the peace in myself. Even last night when there was a raging storm the whole night. I put some peaceful music on and kept my own peace. While outside it was very loud and agressive. And it felt like things were broken down. We can do nothing about the raging energies around us, but we can choose to be in another energy ourselves. And choose for peace and to slow down! ✌️🫶💪🐢🍀💖✨ Ik heb geleerd om rustiger aan te doen en om een ander leven te leven dan ik gewend was... En zelfs nu voel ik me soms gehaast of krijg ik negatieve gevoelens van stress, omdat ik dit zolang gewend was. Ik kan tegenwoordig de rust in mezelf bewaren. Zelfs vannacht toen er een hevige storm was de hele nacht. Ik heb wat rustgevende muziek opgezet en mijn rust bewaard. Terwijl het buiten erg hard tekeer ging en agressief was. En het leek alsof er van alles kapot ging. We kunnen niets aan de razende energieen om ons heen doen, maar we kunnen wel zelf voor een andere energie kiezen. En voor rust kiezen en om het langzamer aan te doen! ✌️🫶💪🐢🍀💖✨
