Something that is very important to feel happy is your feeling. Your feeling also protects you. It indicates what doesn't feel right. For example, your body reacts negatively to loud noises or becomes sick from stress and sad from pain or angry because of unfairness. It indicates what and who is not good for you. Now you can ignore these feelings or let them teach you something. And so let your feelings help you. To send you in a different and the right direction.
A sensitive person is often seen as emotional or weak, but possesses enormous strength. They feel life on a deeper level. And not their eyes or money, but their feelings are what they follow. And what if true happiness is hidden and cannot be seen or bought, but can be only felt? That by listening to our feeling we can find the way to our true goal.
By my project Ladder of Love I want to inspire more people to embrace their feelings and not to cool themselves but to warm themselves. Because by being in touch with our feeling we can walk the path to our true self and healing!
